Welcome to the men of trailer trash ale. As you can tell from the following photos we are body builders building our bodies our own way, one 12 / 22 oz. curl  at a time. While others go to a gym, doing the same same workouts with the same weights, we have to replenish our supply after every workout. But, hey, that is the sacrifice we are willing to make in order to create the "perfect" ale body. I like to think that we are building powerful muscles that allow us to sit a long time without getting tired.

Three old guys are out walking.

First one says, "Windy, isn't it?"

Second one says, "No, its Thursday!"

Third one says, "So am I. Let's go get a beer."

DR. MARK'S ALE DIET

Introducing the all new diet to beat all diets. The Dr. Marks all new ale diet. You may not lose weight, but I (Dr.Mark) guarantee it will change it. The diet simply consists of having 1 T.T.A. upon getting out of bed, 1 before, during, and after each meal, and evenly spaced between meals. I also recommend 1 before bed. You may not lose weight, but hey, you probably won't care.

Beer had Seat Belt
Injured Driver Didn't

Citrus Heights - Investigators were trying to determine if a suspected drunken driver involved in a single-vehicle crash Sunday night failed to buckle his own seat belt even as the 12 pack of beer on the passenger seat was safely secured. Witnesses told police they saw the man driving north on Van maren Lane in excess of 60 mph before he lost control of his car, which slammed into a tree near Garden Gate Drive. The driver suffered serious head and body injuries and he was rushed to a local hospital.

He was found still in the driver's seat, unrestrained, next to the 12-pack of beer secured by a seat belt, according to a police summary.
