Introducing the all new diet to beat all diets. The Dr. Marks all new ale diet.
You may not lose weight, but I (Dr.Mark) guarantee it will change it. The diet
simply consists of having 1 T.T.A. upon getting out of bed, 1 before, during,
and after each meal, and evenly spaced between meals. I also recommend 1
before bed. You may not lose weight, but hey, you probably won't care.
